HIVA · Nexus

The node where every element of a project's lifecycle converges.

HIVA Nexus turns every approved document into the official version: versioned, auditable, graph-connected. When something changes, the system tells you exactly what breaks — before you approve it.

Multi-tenant Azure SaaS · AI copilot · immutable official version · full audit trail

The problem

What happens when the lifecycle lives in inboxes and stray files.

These are the chronic pains HIVA Nexus removes by design — not by discipline.

  • Scattered documentation

Word in SharePoint, Confluence, Drive, email threads, Teams chats. No one knows which copy is the real one.

  • Lost source of truth

"What's the final approved scope?" Three different versions in circulation.

  • No traceability

An architecture change doesn't propagate to requirements or tests. You find out late.

  • Silent rework

A change invalidated test cases weeks ago. No one saw it coming.

  • Slow onboarding

A new dev needs weeks to understand what exists and why.

  • Uninformed AI

Your AI tools generate code with no context of the actual project.

  • Uninformed client

The client doesn't see the real impact of the change they asked for.

  • Audit impossible

"Who approved this and when?" → spelunking through old emails.

Five core capabilities

Why HIVA Nexus changes the lifecycle's tempo.

Built so the business ships fast and engineering ships well — at the same time.

AI copilot

Drafts in minutes, not days.

AI drafts full artifacts with complete knowledge of the official version — it proposes, cites and validates. The team decides and approves.

  • Hybrid RAG over the project's official versions (vector + graph). No hallucinations.
  • Inline citations to source artifacts. No "creativity" without backing.
  • Automatic inconsistency detection between draft and approved version.

Immutable official version

Every approval is signed and dated. Forever.

Approved documents become an immutable official version: hash chain, timestamps, author, reason. A single source of truth — for humans and for the AI.

  • Semver versioning. Every change creates a new version — never overwrites.
  • Hash-chained audit log. If someone breaks the chain, you know.
  • Full audit: what changed, who approved, when, against which policy.

Retroactive impact

Before approving a change, you see what breaks.

Any modification to an official version triggers a graph-wide analysis: which tests fail, which decisions become obsolete, which documentation goes stale.

  • Severity tiered: low / medium / high / critical. Color-coded and actionable.
  • Bidirectional trace: upstream and downstream in a single view.
  • The client signs off knowing the real cost of the change.

Graph-native traceability

A requirement knows its tests, decisions and code.

Relationships are first-class citizens. Requirement → use case → ADR → component → test case → deliverable. In Neo4j, bidirectional, real time.

  • No spreadsheet matrices. The system maintains traceability for you.
  • Questions like "which tests cover this requirement?" → instant answer.
  • Interactive visualization, exportable to auditor or client.

Configurable templates

Your methodology, your phases, your gates. No code required.

Every artifact, every phase, every approval gate is a configurable template. System-default catalog; each company clones and adapts.

  • Supports Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban and Hybrid without forking architecture.
  • Semver-versioned templates. Snapshot on project create — zero drift.
  • Roles, permissions and workflows are templates too.

How it works

From first draft to signed official version, with full lineage.

Six steps. AI accelerates, humans decide, the system preserves.

  1. 1

    Template

The project starts with an immutable snapshot of the template and its instructions.

  2. 2

    AI draft

AI drafts the artifact, querying the official versions via hybrid RAG.

  3. 3

    Review

The team edits, refines, validates. Every change is traced.

  4. 4

    Approval

Signed workflow. Approval sets it in stone — dated and hashed.

  5. 5

    Official version

Immutable version, indexed in graph and vector. Available to AI and humans.

  6. 6

    Impact

Any future change reports its retroactive footprint before approval.

Who it's for

Built for both sides of software.

Same engine, different configuration. We don't fork architecture to serve both.

Services companies

Software shops, consultancies, integrators, agencies.

Closed cycle: from first sales touch to final delivery. The official version as a contractual deliverable. Audit ready for client compliance.

  • Lead and opportunity capture in Phase 0.
  • Modular contracting — only sell the phases you deliver.
  • External clients approve scope, proposal, requirements and UAT.

Product teams

Internal SaaS, digital products, in-house teams.

Continuous cycle: every release is an iteration. The official version evolves; traceability stays alive between versions.

  • Cadence by release/feature, not by contract.
  • Onboarding in hours for new team members.
  • Official versions feed Claude Code and other agents with real context.

More reasons

What you'd expect from a serious system in production.

  • Methodology-agnostic

Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid. The official version stays the same; only the cadence changes.

  • Modular contracting

Clients can contract only the phases they need. The system accepts client-provided approved versions for the rest.

  • BYOK ready

Bring-Your-Own-Key. Your AI keys encrypted in Azure Key Vault with envelope encryption.

  • Azure-native

Container Apps, Static Web Apps, PostgreSQL Flexible Server, Entra External ID, Key Vault, Application Insights.

  • Onboarding < 2 h

A new dev understands an active project without asking. The official version is the manual.

Platform

Built to be shown to Security without filters.

  • Tenant isolation

PostgreSQL RLS + per-tenant vector collections + Cypher tenant filter. Defense in depth.

  • Enterprise identity

Microsoft Entra External ID. SSO/OAuth/PKCE. Zero passwords stored in HIVA Nexus.

  • Hash-chained audit

Every event signed and chained. Breaking the chain is detectable and auditable.

  • Key encryption

Envelope encryption (DEK + KEK) in Azure Key Vault. Rotation supported.

Early access

Limited pilot slots.
